As Project Manager, Max Berghaus leads all sourcing initiatives at Kaiserberg. He coordinates supplier research, RFQs, sample management, and price and contract negotiations, as well as the transition to quality control and logistics. For our clients, he serves as the central point of contact as soon as an inquiry evolves into a concrete procurement project.
