Gymondo
Gymondo is a leading platform for online fitness classes that offers its users a variety of high-quality training programs led by experienced trainers. With a wide range of workouts, from yoga to strength training and cardio, Gymondo allows its members to achieve their fitness goals from the comfort of their own home. As a partner of Gymondo, we worked closely with their team to optimize their product line and ensure they met the highest quality standards. Our services included advising on product development, sourcing the products and conducting quality checks to ensure that the products meet customer expectations. Through this collaboration, we were able to help Gymondo provide its members with world-class fitness products that support their needs and goals.
A concrete example of our collaboration is the development of a yoga mat for Gymondo. Gymondo came to us with specific wishes and specifications, and it was our job to find a suitable producer for these yoga mats. We took over the entire communication and management of the production. After successful completion, we shipped the yoga mats directly to Gymondo's fulfillment center.
Our partnership also resulted in the Pilates ball. We worked carefully on every detail, from diameter to material quality and airtightness, to develop a Pilates ball that both meets Gymondo's quality standards and is ideal for Pilates practice. In this case, too, we took care of the entire supply chain right through to the warehouse.
We handle the entire sourcing process for Gymondo, including quality control, transportation and customs clearance. Our team identifies suitable producers, organizes several samples and prototypes and coordinates mass production. Product packaging is also sourced by Kaiserberg so that the products can be shipped directly from the warehouse to the end customer - including suitable instructions for use.
We handle all communication with the manufacturers centrally, which makes the process very convenient for our customers. In addition, we organize and carry out the transport of the products, either by air freight or sea freight. This underlines our comprehensive service in product procurement.
