The Initial Production Check (IPC) takes place before mass production begins and is a crucial step in ensuring product quality. We inspect the raw materials, components, and production equipment used to confirm that they meet the agreed standards.
In addition, our inspectors review the initial production stages, as well as machines and tools, to ensure proper settings and functionality. This allows potential production defects to be identified and corrected at an early stage, before large quantities are manufactured.
You will receive the results of this inspection in a detailed report, including photos and actionable recommendations.
During the During Production Inspection (DUPRO), products already manufactured are inspected while production is still ongoing. This inspection typically takes place when 20–50% of the goods have been produced.
Our experts verify compliance with specifications, test product functionality, and monitor machines and manufacturing processes. Through this continuous control, quality issues can be identified and corrected at an early stage, before defects affect the entire batch.

The Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) takes place once at least 80% of production has been completed and ensures that only flawless goods are packed and shipped. Our inspectors carefully examine each product for visible defects or damage and conduct functionality and safety tests to ensure compliance with quality standards.
In addition, dimensional checks are carried out to confirm that all specifications are met precisely. Packaging and labeling are also inspected to guarantee safe transportation and compliance with logistical requirements.
Through this final inspection, production defects can be identified and corrected before shipment. This minimizes claims, reduces costs, and ensures smooth delivery as well as satisfied customers.
The Container Loading Check (CLC) is the final quality control before shipment and ensures that the goods are properly packed and loaded. Our inspectors monitor the entire loading process, verify packaging quality, and check the correct quantity as well as the composition of the shipment.
Special attention is given to ensuring that all products are securely stowed and properly fastened to prevent damage during transport. In addition, the condition of the container itself is inspected to confirm that it is clean, dry, and structurally sound.
